Seneca Valley School District has a full-time permanent Special Education Teacher - Learning, Emotional and Autistic Support position in the Seneca Valley Alternative Education Program.  

          Requirement: PA certification Special Education PK-12

                               Alternative education experience preferred.   

Duties Include:

- Providing Special Education Services for students placed in the Alternative Education Program. 

- Planning and delivering lessons in social awareness. 

- Coordinating and facilitating projects and problem-based learning. 

- Serving as a member of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team.

- Providing weekly progress reports to parents and guardians.
